The Designer will Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to architectural and engineering projects, including directing the design team, reviewing drafts and computer models, and approving design changes. Communicating directly with managers, project managers, marketing personnel, and clients to discuss and organise projects from original conceptual design through construction. Manage client expectations, drive clear stakeholder communications at different client levels. Job Responsibilities - Lead and manage the team to ensure successful project completion
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and design objectives
- Develop and present design concepts, plans, and layouts that meet project requirements
- Create detailed design drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and interns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology to ensure design solutions are innovative and effective
Skills and Competency Requirement - Proficient use of Sketchup for 3D conceptual 3D Modelling and material application

- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Must have over 6 years of work experience in the field
- Use of Autodesk Revit OR Autocad in developing detailed interior construction drawings package.
- Use of Vray or Enscape to develop interior renderings is an added advantage
- Good Communication skills to excellently pitch design ideas to stakeholders
- Comprehensive Use of G-suite for optimum collaboration
Educational Requirement - A Minimum of Bachelors degree in Architecture is Required. Masters degree is an added advantage
