We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing professional to join our team at Spacefinish.

As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and executing marketing initiatives to promote our brand and drive business growth.


General Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that will help strengthen our brand, communicate business solutions and drive sales.
  • Develop and assist content creation for website copy, press releases, blog posts, social media platforms and video production.
  • Assist in activating impactful marketing campaigns from conception through execution and evaluation.
  • Support the marketing team to monitor and analyze campaigns performance metrics to measure effectiveness and recommend data-driven recommendations.
  • Organize and collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute creative internal communications campaigns.

Content Creation

  • Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Collaborating closely with different teams to conceptualize and develop captivating visual content aligned with our brand identity and messaging.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, error-free, and optimized for search engines and user engagement.
  • Managing content production processes, including video shoots, scheduling, and coordination of team members.
  • Assisting in the creation of visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other multimedia elements to support various marketing initiatives.

Other Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with creative and media teams to produce high-quality and creative assets.
  • Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.

Qualifications & Experince

Proven experience (4+ years) in a similar marketing role or related field in a B2B company.

Skills and Competency Requirements

  • An understanding of the B2B marketing industry and the relationship of marketing with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication. At its core, marketing is about communicating to an audience, so communication is a top skill to have for this role.
  • Passion for creativity and storytelling, with a keen eye for detail to create engaging written and video content for different platforms (social media, website, presentations).
  • Has experience with creating presentation decks with PPT and Canva.
  • Basic understanding in any of the following marketing tools; Google Analytics, Wix, Typeform, Zoho CRM.
  • Proven success in supporting the success of marketing campaigns and can communicate impact to business goals.
